Just learned how to make 10 grill cheese at once, what cheese should I use? Ever use mayo with grill cheese?

I do it just because it's easier than using butter, plus I don't own a fridge so I have no where to put butter

checked and the butter and mayo really make it for me, just mayo ive never tried but using vegetable oils is gross with mayo
