I'm making chicken wings tonight. I usually just bake in the oven then slather on a combination of Sweet Baby Ray's and Sriracha. Tonight I'd like to try something different. What are your favorite wing sauces?

Make garlic park. Clarify some butter and finely diced garlic. Toss the wings in it when hot. Add some parm on top. Or alternatively you can add lemon pepper.

Equal parts Franks Red Hot and butter, heated in a pan on the stove. Add some cayenne pepper if you want it hotter.

This is the only true wing sauce, and how God intended them to be eaten.

Baking is super easy, and for bbq wings its perfectly adequate. I can look into frying using my cast iron i don't have a grill.

I like to get fresh wings, cut and marinate them, throw on the grill and brush them with hot sauce and barbecue sauce.

start with franks or whatever else as a base, add a touch of bbq if you want some sweetness. heat until hot in a pan and then remove from heat. add chunks of butter while whisking to emulsify the cold butter into the sauce. you can also use an immersion blender which is easier. this step will ensure you have a thicker, richer, shiny sauce that sticks to the wings.

In that one I have oil and vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper and Cajun seasoning. It’s really supposed to just flavor the meat so that I can brush it with different stuff. I cook for a lot of people with different taste, especially low carb stuff so I never bread them.

pat them dry. season them with whatever. i use cajun seasoning, pepper, cayenne, paprika, SALT. let rest for at least 30 minutes. bake them on a rack until nice and CRISPY. then eat them as is, or throw in a bucket with hot sauce and mix them up. boom easy and good wings. do not bread them, thats idiot mode.

Give yourself a favor and mix baking soda with salt and lightly cover the wings before baking them. This is how you get really crispy wings.
