haagen dazs is still one of the better brands and a lot of their flavors are just milk/cream/sugar/eggs+flavoring. i find it too sweet now though, dunno if my taste changed or maybe they started using more sugar because it's cheaper than the other ingredients, but i was thinking of just getting an ice cream maker.

I bought Haagen-Dazs once here in Europe cause I remember it being good in the US. It was the first time I've had ice cream that was too sweet. I've had B&J and this was sweeter than that even. It also had a way more grainy, crystal type texture. Fucking sucked all in all.
