I get away with dining and dashing or grossly underpaying for the meals all the time with my wife. I’m a Pritzker graduate and am a partner in a firm specializing in financial law specifically bankruptcy. Nonetheless the precedent for cases like this is tantalizing. If a restaurant doesn’t advertise price, you can maneuver your way out of paying the full price by virtue of expectation of price, labor, and cost of service (ingredients). I’ve gotten at least 10 Michelin starred restaurants with this and their pretentious marked up faggotry. Paid no more than 50% of the actual price and even gotten a few free meals. No kitchen or waiter monkeys want to deal with a lawyer who knows his shit. Let alone the dumbass cucks that run the restaurant don’t want to get wrapped in a civil case they have zero grounding or precedent to go on. Yeah I’ve been “banned” but they don’t have the same staff everyday. Nothing better than scheming these 1%er faggots completely legally for a fine meal and bottle of wine
