I'm trying to give avocado another chance. What is the best guacamole recipe that will make it taste super fantastic.

There is no way to make that libcuck trash taste good.

>> No.12375806

Depends on your taste really. If you have a mortar and pestle I think freshly ground cumin is really nice. Otherwise things you can optionally add are diced tomatoes, a bit of salsa, diced cilantro, red or white (white is a bit spicier) onions, finely chopped garlic, salt, freshly ground pepper, ground coriander, ground cumin, and lime or lemon juice.

Also nice with a hint of sour cream or greek yogurt if you want a bit of dairy.

>6 ripe avocados, ripe means dark green, slightly soft, and fragrant
>1 small white onion
>2 roma tomatoes
>1 lime
>4 cloves of garlic
>1 jalapeño
>cilantro
>sea salt

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and skin, slice into cubes. Put them in a large mixing bowl and pulverize with a potato masher. Dice the onion, tomatoes, and jalapeño. Mix them in gently. Peel and mince the garlic cloves, mince the cilantro, mix those in too. Squeeze the juice of the lime over the mixture, mix it in. Add sea salt to taste. Enjoy.

There's only 5 ingredients you need for awesome guacamole.
1. Avocados
2. Salt
3. Serrano pepper, minced
4. Lime juice
5. Cilantro, finely minced

That's fucking it. It's the best guacamole, period. Adding anymore stuff is over-gilding the lily.

This is how I do it but without the garlic and tomato, I'll have to try with tomato. Normally I serve it with things that already have tomato. Mash it with a fork, I like it a little chunky.
