while building the burger make sure you toast the brioche burger on the grill. spread mayo on the bottom bun. while patties are on grill about to be finished throw cheese on and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and cover the grill and let the cheese get a bit melty but NOT to the point were it looks like a mountain of gooey grease on top of your burger. place patty on bottom bun and add slice of grilled pineapple and pour one of the sauces i mention earlier into the center of the pineapple ring,cover that sauce with slice of tomato and add your 2 thinly sliced red onion rings on top of that,top burger with bun. enjoy and do not forget to turn the burger upside down occasionaly to change the flavour profile of the burger entirely once in awhile,this also helps if you accidentally put too much sauce or if a burger is too juicy because the top bun is usually fatter than the bottom so it will hold together better. good luck
