I have no business judging anyone's diet, but you should add some more spice choices. Sweet or smokey paprika would go well with your egg salad, nutritional yeast is good in pretty much all the meals you mentioned, Japanese 7 spice if you enjoy a kick and it goes with pretty much anything savory
