just cube some chicken thighs and cook them in some olive oil in a pot. after theyre slightly browned add potatoes carrots onions and pour enough water to cover them up. bring to boil and add curry cubes and dissolve them one by one until its thick enough. simmer for 10 more mins or so and youre done

Take 5 heads of garlic
About a 3x1 piece of ginger
4 shallots
Put all these in seperate tinfoil with olive oil and put it in. The oven for about 40 minutes or till it just starts to brown, the ginger will take longer

1-10 chilis
Koriander seeds or leaves and 3tsbp powder
Tsbp tumeric, 2tsbp curry powder and 3 tsb soy sauce

Add all these in a blender and now you have yellow curry paste, add water broth or coconut milk with your chicken and paste, to taste

Best currypaste ive had, i usually add salt last.
Optional: tiny bit of shrimp paste for salty content

IMAGINE POSTING ON 4CHAN AND NOT KNOWING JAPANESE

Look up a karaage recipe then use that. Plain white steamed rice on the side, karaage on top, then pour the curry sauce over both. Or look up a pork (or chicken) katsu recipe and do that.

Also I prefer to make the curry sauce with the cubes slightly thicker, so I suggest to you to use less water than you might think so it gets nice and thick. Thin it out after by adding a few spoonfuls at a time with water if needed.

If you really want a quick chicken recipe just do this: boneless skinless thigh, pounded semi-thin (or to your liking); marinated with soy sauce, sea salt, black pepper, ginger, garlic, little bit of sugar, little paprika (or something spicy like chilli flake), little mirin and little sake, maybe some rice wine vinegar too. Bread it, deep fry it, serve it over the rice (easy, just steam it, 1c rice, rinsed, then steamed with 1 1/2c water for 15min, 5 min off heat then fluffed), pour the curry sauce over.

Easy money, delicious too.
