Anyhow, lets skip forward 20 or so hours, I've taken the chicken and placed it in the smoker, I've added some "Sweet Rub O Mine" bought at a local store, it basically makes everything taste like bacon so why the fuck not add some for the bark (its the orange/brown powder)

Set the smoker for 225 for 3.5-4 hours, smoked with hickory wood chips, replacing them every 45 minutes or so

Alright the dip recipe is easy, just cut up 4-5 cloves of garlic, a handful of scallions and one white onion. Place in a pot and simmer until browned. Add two (or more) cans of refried pinto beans and the juice of one grapefruit. Stir until beans thicken slightly, and then add spice (I added one extra habanero with a table spoon of cumin and a tea spoon of coriander). Now stir in half a bag of shredded cheese, and you are done.
