Fresh guac and chips always goes over well with my friends. Occasionally we’ll do a baked brie with crackers, fruit, and jams which is orgasmic if you haven’t tried that before.

Tear and share breads with choice of filling (can be sweet or savory), popcorn chicken with choice of toppings (melted cheese, bacon, crushed up chips, whatever you want)

Baked brie is always a hit in my experience. The only other snack I had a lot of success with was fried zucchini sticks with marinara sauce. Cut the zucc into sticks, roll in flour, dunk in beaten egg, let it drip, roll in a mix breadcrumbs, seasonings, and grated Parmesan. Then deep fry. Got a picky friend who said he didn’t like zucchini to try it and after a couple bites he said I had changed his mind about zucchini.

I wanted to do a southwestern style eggroll at my next get together.

Mix ingredients together and fill egg roll wrappers, then fry them up. Dip in sour cream & guac. It fits in with other snack food pretty well in a party setting. end up looking like pic related.

Wrap cocktail franks in a little puff pastry, brush with beaten egg and milk, sprinkle on sesame seeds and bake as per pastry instructions. Serve with tomato relish.
Get some vol-au-vent cases, lightly boil some eggs. Shell and mash with green onion, mayo and a little curry powder, then pipe into cases.
Make some chili with mince, let it cool. Fold it into puff pastry triangles, sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top, and bake as per pastry instructions.
Chop smoky bacon into small pieces, lightly sautee in a pan until golden and crisp. Simmer green peas until very soft. Add to bacon in pan and heat gently while working with a fork to break up peas. Season to taste and serve with pita bread.
Make a batter of water, a little oil, salt, curry powder and chickpea flour. Lightly steam florets of broccoli and cauliflower. Dunk thoroughly in batter and deep fry until gold and crispy, serve with mango chutney.
