I thought Americans caring about/discovering poutine was more of a 2013 phenomenon. Anyway, very well researched and informative video, made even better by the inclusion of hipster girl #273 and #4875, both of which were essential to the success of the video. "This is the kind of thing you order after a night out" is just the kind of boundary pushing insight that really raises the bar for poutine commentary everywhere.
