Dude I know but its fucking good. The sausage gravy is thick and savory, the biscuits have a slight crunch on the crust followed by pillowy spongy bread soaking up the flavor, and the eggs provide a rich protein to bind it together (though youd be fine just eating the biscuits and gravy)

It darkens from the fond formed by cooking sausage. If you want it white, cook your sausage, set it aside, and either clean out the pan before you start a roux or just use a clean pan. Either way, I can't think of many times you'd actually want to sacrifice the flavor for aesthetics.

OPs eggs, however... those could use some sprucing up.
