Why does a fast food restaurant need a security guard?
I’ve been in tons of fast food restaurants and rarely if ever have I seen a security guard.
The one exception might be the relatively new Wawa on Broad Street near City Hall in Philadelphia, and that was because people kept getting stabbed there.
Practically every other Wawa I’ve been in has not had a security guard, and not needed one, and that includes one that are in areas that routinely have pan handlers outside, and homeless people coming in.

Whataburger is 24/7 at most places here in TX so when everyone leaves the clubs/bars after 12-2am, it's traditional for spics, nigs, kickers etc... to congregate for a bite to eat and usually ends in confrontations from the brightest of these individuals.

A person can get attacked by Grizzly Bears, Polar Bears, Black Bears, Wolves, Alligators, Walruses, Foxes, Mountain Lions, Cougars, Wolverines, Racoons, Possums, Eagles, Vultures, Coyotes, etc. and probably a bunch of other dangerous animals, and that doesn’t include violent house pets.
It can take 20 minutes or more for the police to arrive, even in a major city.
The wild animals are actually present in Major cities, or show up there like in Philadelphia.
There are also crime issues were you might want to have a firearm to defend yourself.

Yes, you are. It depends on the agency. Personal security contractors are all personal citizens. Police are also citizens, but subject to more statutes and restrictions while on duty. Some security contractors don't give guns, some say you can carry a personal firearm, and some would give them. I'd think one at a fucking Whataburger would be the second.
