yeah its an interesting thread. Chinks and Japs seem to hate most every other cultures food - i'm gonna chalk this up to being comparatively xenophobic compared to most countries. Then you have a few entertaining other pieces, like france rating brit food 28 (i'm sure they have no bias), the fact that germany apparently *hates* greek food (again seems unbiased), or thailands little spat with malaysia about their relatively similar cuisine.

Imho lebanese cuisine definitely seems too poorly rated on this chart too, probably the most underrated one of the chart.

I mean, it is a food that exists, and it is british. On the other hand, I've never ever seen one. It's highly regional, and even then highly rare. I'd consider it similar to Tête de veau (cows head). Is it a dish that exists? Yep. Is it rare, and kinda disgusting but theoretically possible to cook nicely. Yeah.
As to why you'd do a stargazy pie as opposed to just a normal fish pie is completely beyond me though. The cornish are kinda weird

I think its from an old story where a group of people were sharing a pie but didn't trust each other. So they put the fish poking through the crust so everyone would have an equal amount of fish.

Those chips look pretty good. I like thick salty chip with a bit of malt vinegar.
