Optional Ingredients for the full Jimmy Ocean experience:

100g plain flour
185ml whole milk
Pinch of salt .
Beat together until a smooth mix/batter.
Get a roasting tray in the oven with a mm of oil in it .
Get it smoking hot (very important )
Pour batter mix into roasting tray and out back into oven @220 degrees C .
DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR WHILE IT IS COOKING or you will fuck it up and it won’t rise . Keep an eye on it and when it has risen properly (30 mins or so) remove from the oven.
