Honestly, the only thing I dislike about him or what he does is the fact he doesn't cook his burgers all the way through.

I mean, cooking a steak medium rare to medium is one thing, but doing the same for a burger, no matter how good the beef is, or how clean it is? Rare is fucking nothing, a simple google search will tell you that medium rare even in ground meat is completely safe because everything alive in there that could fuck you up is killed when you sear the meat correctly.

I know he doesn't have a professional background but I can't get over how bad he is sometimes. He fucks up recipes all the time or he just straight up doesn't make the correct recipe. It's like he watches one Youtube video on how to make something and then he goes ahead and films. Knowing how to make a dish and knowing how a dish should be are not the same thing. His peking duck episode is a good example of this. I feel that even though he is a food media guy he is not a "foodie".
