Bought a couple of silicon spatchulas there a year ago that still do me good service.
Besides that I guess some stuff like knives or cutting boards should be fine too, but id be hesitant to buy electric kitchen stuff there

A kitchen scale is pretty useful and should be fine even if it's cheap. It's really useful if you do any kind of baking regularly, but also really useful for weighing out sticky ingredients like peanut butter or honey instead of trying to measure it then scrape it out of a cup. I also find it useful for weighing things like pasta or dry beans to get the right portion size and it makes scaling recipes a lot easier.

This.

Also if you don't have one, the counterfeit Vitamix 3HP blenders are just as good as the real thing that costs $450+ for $60

those look awfully similar to the older cleanblend. no wonder the cleanblend is under $200

Yeah down to the motor, housing, and tamper depending on the model. You're paying for a longer warranty and huge markup for a brand name machine. Nobody should be settling for a Ninja or Magic Bullet for the same or more money with these things available now. They are the Korean Gaming Monitors of small kitchen-counter appliances.

i still don't want to risk it, even for that price. i'd need to know the amp rating and how the cord looks first. that fucking dumbass youtuber made a 42 minute and somehow managed to show neither

They all are rated at 2200W which through standard US voltage (110/120v) is roughly 18A. You pick your country plug-type. Here's a pick of it in the bottom cable management compartment. My Vitamix is the same thing (bought it refurb for $300 before I knew about these). They do come with a smaller-run warranty, and if you get a lemon or something just have your credit card charge back the order.

They sell through Ebay too if you want more buyer protection.
