It’s ok, the problem with the porterhouse/tbone is the fact that the New York has more fat so it cooks slower than the filet which in turn cooks faster because of the lower fat content. What this leads to is a perfectly cooked New York but an over cooked filet. The only reason to order a porterhouse is because you can’t decide between a filet and a New York.

I got sick of ribeye a while ago, it's kinda flavorless, the only good thing about is that it's tender and fatty if done properly. Now I much prefer picanha, so flavorful
