Fuchsia Dunlop's "Numbing-and-hot chicken" - it's just red chilis and sichuan peppercorns with a hunan sauce, but it's fucking excellent.

It's a 50/50 ground pork pork and beef mix, chopped cabbage, green onions, sweet onions, garlic, seasoning salt and pepper. All topped on plain lightly toasted rye bread served with several dollops of 14% sour cream on top.

Delicious.
