Depends on the place. Cold subs are a must at Jersey Mike's.

I wouldn't touch anything non-heated at Subway.

>> No.11816026

Either way is good, but all hell breaks loose at Subway if there's a line and you don't want yours toasted.

next time don’t post. it’s a lot less cringeworthy if you just accept you were wrong when you wanted to sound ethnically hip
news flash: tortas cost less than $2 in manhattan and they’re garbage. no one is impressed that you can order spic food

What is it about vegans and cold sandwiches?

There's a vegan '''bbq''' place across the street from me and everything they have is always served cold even their mac and ''''cheese'''

Generally speaking hot vegan sandwiches are a textural nightmare. I've tried quite a few variations, like grilled veggie sandwiches and whatnot, and really the only one I've tried that I like was basically just hot falafel. It's hard to be a hot vegan sammie that isn't slimy or grainy/gritty in my experience

When I ate meat/dairy, it was only hot subs for me.

Now that I'm vegan, sandwiches have completely lost their appeal. There are no good vegan sandwiches. Gimme a hot plate of thick curry on rice or noodles or whatever

The phrase sub may have come from Connecticut, where both Subway, the Groton submarine base, and the first nuclear powered submarine the Nautilus came from.

Both are good. Arbys serves a hot Italian sub and it's great, if you want an Italian sub but have to resort to fast food options, please trust me bros Arbys is about ten times more flavorful than Subway
