What sauces can I make with Duck that are not fruity and sickly sweet? I don't want orange, berries, maple, or honey.

Go to Tokyo Central,Marukai, or H mart and buy some Bentos. Then make them yourself. Teriyaki, tempura, katsu, curries. Or do pastas and warm up when covered with plastic wrap.

I just made duck stock. It's thicker than chicken stock but could be used for pretty much any of the same purposes. It is naturally sweeter on it's own though, especially if you reduce it down.

I used most of it to make a soup, and simmered a little fresh rosemary and sage in it briefly before removing because I found the sweetness of the bird too unusual without herbage.

Microwaves suck. The best you can probably do is buy a 5-minute mac tupperware to boil mac and cheese in. Boil regular pasta and put in some jarred alfredo or something.

I mean, microwaves are the worst thing - you can't 'cook' with them really.

fuck you, this is my favorite board and I'm posting this here, along with a QTDDTOT so don't get too pissy

The last cat to have ever been associated with a cat going back to knowing the first cat I ever had as a kid more than 16 years ago was taken to the pound today to get spayed. She isn't older than 2 and a half years and we've had her for a year and a half now. She was was found to have been micro-chipped already and within an hour of being taken to the pound was given back to the original owner.
Apparently the person wasn't even that excited to get her cat back, but adamantly insisted on taking the cat back as she was a gift to her little boy. My mother, already on the brink of borderline mental insanity and alcoholism, pleaded with the woman like that cat was another child to her, but the woman wound up responding with a threat to call the cops if my mother persisted.
I loved that cat a lot tbqhwyfams. She was a good girl, grew incredibly affectionate to me, was well-behaved, everything. Now that she's gone I have no one to really return home to that might even remotely understand me and this house is as empty as ever. She was taken tremendous care of and my mom poured hundreds of dollars on her.
>the woman's name is Stacy and she's married to a rich family-businessman

What should I get drunk on tonight to help me come to terms with, and cope, with these emotions? I need to suppress something dark inside of me with something even darker.

if you're going to mealprep then it should be a damn meal, representing a majority of the food groups, or at least the food groups you need.
soup and deepdishes would be nice but it should be a reasonable portion with something else if you're planning to make a meal out if it.
the trick with mealprepping is that it's something you gotta get used to doing, not strictly as in every single week (sure, whatever) but as something you do again because you know how to do it better, it shouldn't just be a one time thing because you're on a sparked health-kick similar to a sugar buzz.

the secret to mealprepping of course is the right tupperware and cookware. get those things and you can make just about anything. I always meal prep my meat (I'm up to cooking two different kinds for lunch and dinner), a shit ton of veggies, and my starches are usually cooked on the day I'm eating since that's where I've been adding the most variety lately. If this is all to hard for you then try Quest bars and fruit.

mug cakes, grilled cheeses, quesadillas, bacon, and soup/noodles, all i can think of atm, sorry
you can always experiment with foods that don't put microwave instructions on the packaging.
i'll throw any kind of tendies or pizza in the bitch that say not to microwave, and i'm still alive and kicking.
i'm not about to tell you to try making rock candy in one, but the centerpiece to the food-creation aspect of a microwave's abilities is the chemical reaction and physical change to a mixture through immediate, high heat. use that how you will.

what are you planning on doing with the sauce to the duck?
i'd personally make that bitch hot as fuck with a strong hint of something chocolatey. that's just if the duck is by itself.
what are you making with the duck, and what's for desserts and its beverage pairing?

Any "wet" sort of food reheats well in a microwave. Soups, stews, chili, curry, red sauce pasta dishes, etc. The things you want to avoid are foods which are supposed to be crispy or have a dry texture, like fried foods or baked goods. Follow that and you're set.

I just moved out of my parents place, and the department I'm in has this small stove.
Will a 12 inches saute pan or cast iron be too big for it?
I currently have a 10 in skillet, and this 3 qt pot, that have a base of around 6-7 inches.
The stove is rated at 8000 BTUs
