Is there a hot sauce out there that has the same flavor as Tabasco but more heat?
I like Tabasco's flavor but it doesn't add enough heat to what I eat

Marie Sharpe's 'comatose' habanero sauce

it's actually one of my lease favorite sauces from a brand i really like, but it has a strong vinegar taste that makes me think of tabasco, so I'd try that. I occasionally use it for bloody mary's simply because Fred Meyer's around me stock it regularly, and it tastes alright in them

it's by no means superhot, but certainly spicier than tabasco

Anyone know any youtube channels with good hot sauce reviews?

Crystal hot sauce is legit Louisiana hot sauce like Tabasco, only for a fraction of the price. The price difference is shocking, actually.

I would recommend making your own hot sauce.

I once made a hot sauce with Madame Jeanette peppers (150k on the scoville scale), white wine vinegar and a shitload of honey.

Honestly, it was a little bit too hot for me but making hot sauce was a delightful experience and it's miles better than tabasco and cheaper than buying aardvark

This. This is honestly the best hot sauce. It's not outrageously spicy but the flavour is delicious. Others are always too salty or taste shitty.

So after seeing this on /ck/ couple of times I decided to give it a go and it's pretty good so far. I've only used it in stirfries. What other things do /ck/ use this in?

I cook with hotter peppers and like hotter sauces but you're a pleb if you can't appreciate Tabasco either. It's got a decent flavor from the fermented peppers and it tastes good on fatty food where the vinegar will balance it out.
