I got a white sauce pizza from dominos that also had feta instead of regular cheese. I have no idea which one it was but one of them made the whole thing taste really off. I'm pretty sure I've had both individually on frozen pizzas and they were good. But together they were nasty and almost inedible

I'm mostly just apprehensive about using an outright alfredo sauce and think that may be too basic, but couldn't think of many other sauces that would fit the white/cream sauce profile unless you did something totally plain like a bechemel which wouldn't be good either.

It's probably the artist in me, but I do a lot of my flavour profile construction with my eyes and specifically through colour combination.
