BUT you have to make a real solution, not try to eyeball it into water with little spoons or even a scale. You can make hotspots if you don't make a solution. 160mg in a whole drink is good but 160 all at once in a sip can fuck ya up. I tried cutting corners and almost died.

Doesn't help that without the little sugar high of an energy drink you don't immediately feel anything so it's super easy to drink way too much caffeine really fast when its just mixed with water and lemon juice.
