Neither the picture nor the video shows what happens between the 4th step and the final product. Why does it end with an open end if the rolling method is supposed to end with a closed burrito.

I can draw an MS Paint diagram on my method if words aren't clear enough.

Don't place the filling in the middle. Place it towards the edge.
Flip the side with the filling over and when it's rolled, pull it towards you to tighten it
Tick in the side edges then role the rest of the way.

Don't overstuff. Leave a couple inches to fold over at one or both ends. Fold those ends over, then fold the side closest to you over the filling, tucking tightly underneath, and just roll. You can also do this on kitchen foil and wrap it as you roll, keeping it even tighter.
