Do fried lobster claws taste as good as I'm imagining they do? A place that serves them is opening up near me Friday and I want to know what I'm in for

It is the best part when I'm eating a lobster whole because the tail is always nasty to clean and prepare, but when I'm having it prepared in a dish at a restaurant I'd usually prefer the tail.

I had real crab for the first time at a seafood restaurant on my last vacation, it tasted like crap. Everyone says how nice crab and lobster taste but the crab I got tasted fishy. Id rather just have imitation over that shit.

They suck, fried shellfish (not battered) is dry and chewey.

In my experience I have found shellfish underwhelming when compared to something like red snapper or tuna. This would be acceptable to me if pricing reflected that.

The knuckle is the best part of the lobster. When I was working at fish market one afternoon I was tasked to pick the meat out of about 75 steamed lobsters. About halfway through an old salty commercial lobster man came in selling his lobsters and walked up to the table where I had ~25 lbs of meat stacked. He grabbed a knuckle out of the pile and ate it saying it is the best part. After that I tried all parts and can say that it is the best.

Blue crab is superior to lobster though.

That's only a problem with crawfish desu. I've never had poop in my shrimps or lobster tails.
