I find most spam-like luncheon loaf food to be really nasty and way, way too salty.

I do enjoy potted meat on a cracker though.

The Underwood brand is a little pricey, at $1-$2 a can depending on where you go, but it's a nice treat once in a while, and probably somewhat higher in quality than the other potted meats. I wouldn't stock a prep pantry with it though.
