today is my "final farewell to fatness"

for breakfast i had 2 farmer's breakfasts from denny's(8 eggs, 4 pancakes, 4 pieces of toast, 4 sausages, 4 bacon, 2 ham steaks, 2 orders of hash), after i left i got 4 sausage and eggers from mcdonalds, with hashbrowns.

for lunch i am going to a pub that has chicken wings on for 10c each today. i'm going to eat 200 wings, and as many pitchers of beer as i want. when i'm finished at the pub i am going over to mcdonalds and getting 10 double big macs, and 100 nuggets.

for dinner i am going to montana's steakhouse for all you can eat babyback ribs, i plan on eating minimum 30 racks of ribs with apple butter and 10 orders of kapow shrimp

for dessert my wife baked me an entire NY cheesecake. im also buying her lingerie and getting my face sat on,

tomorrow i start a veggie diet for minimum 6 months

I don't lift but I box and do heavy training around it and to me that's not too out there for someone of his height if he actually does very physical work.

I don't stick to macros or any of that shit and eat whatever the hell I want, but I'm lean and ripped as fuck, but only because I burn it all away and then some.

Not saying that he isn't obese though, I'm just saying you can eat that much, obviously not everyday (which isn't what the guy is doing anyway as far as I can tell, this is a one off thing).

For example, if money isn't tight and I'm feeling depleted after work/training, a normal meal for me would be a loaf of bread and a kilo of chicken, chased down with a 1.25l bottle of Pepsi and half a tub of ice cream. I still have room left over after this and feel like I'm starving in around three hours after such a meal.

I tend to avoid eating out because I never feel satiated with how expensive things are here, but if I'm going all out, I eat a whole chicken, two rice dishes (like a nasi goreng/biryani or whatever), whatever dessert the restaurant has and wash it down again with some Pepsi with maybe some dumplings or spring rolls for starters.
