What’s your favorite flavor of wings?

>> No.11510191

I prefer either a dryrub or something sweet like honeybbq or something along those lines.

Bleu cheese a dip on the side ofc

I recently started like bleu cheese dip. It’s pretty great with more acidic sauces.

I just sprinkle lemon pepper on anything spicy

>> No.11510216

I get the rubber reusable wings that you can toss in dishwasher after sucking all the sauce off. Saves me a fortune during football season when the boys come over.

salt and vinegar, lemon pepper, garlic parm, the rest is shit and anyone else that says otherwise is a brainlet that doesn't eat cartilage or bone marrow. dip that shit in ranch, betches.

There is no such thing as a favorite flavor of wing anon.
Different flavors are meant to be eaten with different sides and in different orders.
When the wings are the main dish BBQ, when they are a side dish Garlic parm, when they are a snack rosemary lemon and when they are an appetizer buttermilk.

This local wings place has a house sauce that's a blend of some of their other sauces. Its got their spicy bbq, spicy garlic, ranch and buffalo sauces all rolled into one.

Its sweet, vinegary and spicy.

Whatever flavor you choose, you should always resort to double frying. Do them in 200 degree (F) oil until just white the night before. Fridge them uncovered overnight and then blast them at 400 when ready to serve. Coat/dash with your fav flavoring.

It's so nice. It's sweet and spicy but not so spicy that your face fucking burns off like some other places. It focuses a lot more on the mango than the habanero.
Also the wings themselves are cooked perfectly cripsy.

I make my own. Bottle of Tiger Sauce, bottle of Chalula, some Worcester, diced fresh garlic, a couple squeezes of lime, about a cap full of distilled vinegar, and less butter than you'd think you'd need. Stir until everything is mixed and then simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Blue cheese on the side, never in the sauce. Trust me, I've seen it.

Not everything has to be spicy. I don't know why they even bothered putting mild on there, the flavours of Lemon and Herb don't mix well with spiciness. On a side note, they only sell mild at my Woolworths which is fucking annoying.
