I would say find a nice local tea supplier and get some stuff from them. There's this spice shop out of montreal called epices de cru that carries really nice teas. Everything I've had from them is really great.

Keep the dose small and cycle off the weed frequently without going back to booze because weed tolerancey will sneak up on you quick. Luckily its one of those things where cycling off tends to bring the tolerance back down pretty easily. Most indica or indica-dominant hybrid strains will make you drowsy and help you fall asleep. Depending on how much you smoke a night, there might be a bit of an afterglow the next morning, but this is moreso with edibles since your stomach processes THC differently than your lungs.
Also, listen to what >>11439948 has to say. If you keep your smoking sessions infrequent, you will keep a low tolerance, which can be nice since it's typically cheaper because you need less to get you where you're going. If you do ever feel like the weed isn't working, then even just a week off can make a big difference.
