Best I ever had was from a shitty little 1 window shack in corpus christi, tx. It had a proper greasy chorizo meat, egg, onion, hot pepper with choice of pico or tomatillo sauce and greasy potatoes fried with some kind of chili powder, maybe arbol and ancho? I ate 5.
