Diced onions, chilli, some oregano, parmesan grated on top. Sometimes salami/ham and/or spinach on top.

i usually toss in whatever vegetables i have on hand: onions, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, etc. along with whatever cheese i have on hand.

but my ideal omelette? cubed ham and american cheese.

Caramelized onion, steamed broccoli, cheddar, and pickled beets. I guess the pickled beets are uncommon, I don't always add them in because they're a little sweet, especially with the caramelized onion and if I'm having pancakes too, but it's pretty tasty. Started eating them more when tomatoes started giving me a rash but I like them now for certain things.

Smoked gouda, havarti, usually bacon or sausage. But sometimes chicken.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne.

Sometimes a home made.italian style bread crumb. The spices usually go well and the bread crumbs themselves give the eggs a kind of pasty texture which I like for some reason.

Also no joke sometimes i just roll a simple cinnamon sugar topped crepe Into my omelete.
