The content is not glorious but for starters it's just about a meal designed to keep the scurvy and pellegra away. No doubt coutles of these have went to various hotspots they have at the moment in subsaharan Africa.

It's vegetable soup with some protein rich plant in it, crackers and vitamin soda, plus some nice things, such as a dollop of jam or peanut butter for those crackers... some to matches to possibly aid heating those soup bags. Unfortunately, as of now, fireless heaters are kinda expensive compared to really any other item in the ration.
