One of the few (if any) true african cuisines
When properly prepared; world class and unique
Njera is godly, as are their spices and blends

for me, it's the skeeto burger, the pinnacle of african cuisine

>> No.11042703

it's great, but I can never remember the names for the dishes. I had a spinich & garlic dish at my local place last week and it was fantastic. lots of lemon in there too. The lentil curries are usually my go-tos.

and of course that injera bread is addicting. ethiopians know their shit. no one will ever let them live down that famine tho lol
