To be fair you need to develop a fairly sophisticated and discriminating palate before you can fully appreciate the complex medley of flavor notes therein.
It's an acquired taste for sure, not unlike what's required to enjoy a high end blended malt whisky, and frankly, if you're under 30 you probably aren't equipped yet to make sense of more mature flavor profiles of that nature.
