I'd eat human, provided it was a healthy individual and noone else found out. Since it's kind of illegal to have a market for this stuff, it's not really easy to make sure the person you're eating led a healthy life. I wouldn't eat anyone I know though, that would be sick. Same as I wouldn't eat my pet.

Oddly enough, the ritual of Communion can be considered 'cannibalism', even more so if you subscribe to the Catholic doctrine of transubstantiation. You can also make arguments about animals not being sentient, but it really comes down to "Us vs Them".
You can eat animals because they're an other species, you cannot eat human because they are "Us".

The hilarious thing is that your question is only possible under the framework where "Us vs Them" thinking is somehow wrong.
