I love getting sauced up wings with any flavor of sauce and sprinkling lemon pepper on them.

Somehow I don't like lemon pepper wings that just come in its own sauce. If I'm getting just lemon pepper wings, they should be dry.

I prefer the flats, too. I luck out when ordering with other people, they want the drumettes and think they're winning when I want the flat ones. They're cleaner to eat and you don't look as gay.
i've also tried out baking entire wings until done, coating with sauce, and then baking some more so it dries to the skin, less greasy/sloppy mess.
