Favorite summer salad /ck?

I was at a 4th of July bbq today with some friends of friends and they had a salad there that blew my goddamn mind.
>spinach
>bell pepper
>chopped cauliflower
>green onion
>bits of bleu cheese
>the occasional pinenut

So good, very well balanced. What are some of your fab salads
