>mfw fruit juice is just HFCS with 3% juice concentrate
Why is every delicious drink dogshit for your health?
>inb4 water or unsweetened tea

>> No.10792165

make your own sirup
>boil water
>add sugar (1.5-2kg/l)
>add fruit/herbs/spices
>add citric acid
>sieve
>bottle
>add to fizzy water

I mean it's not healthy, but it's better than HFCS + red dye no.6

This may come to a surprise to you but fruit is 97% water 3% juice and pulp

Flavored seltzer. It will taste really bland for a while if you're used to sugar water, but they're nice and refreshing.

For anyone thinking of trying this, one I'd recommend is Tarkhun, a tarragon-flavoured Georgian drink popular throughout the Soviet Union. In my opinion Georgia has the best fizzy drinks in the world.

The STATE of the states.
100% fresh squeezed is the standard in euroland, even for weird juices.

That's how it is in the states too, unless you shop like a retard. There are a bunch of juice drinks full of hfcs but if you're not at a fucking conveninece store you'll find 100% juices everywhere.

It's all the same shit. I can't believe you even mentioned "complex vs simple" sugar when you don't even know what either one means.

>>10791964
Even 100% pure fresh squeezed juice isn't healthy for you. It's all sugar. Sugar is bad for you. When the only thing you think is "delicious" is sugar, naturally, all delicious things are going to be bad for you.

You need to grow up and stop babying your palate and try new things. Become accustomed to eating delicious healthy things like whole fruit or veg, meat with spices, etc. You have to re-train your palate or you will always be a babby.

I wouldn't consider kefir a "drink" even though you do drink it. It's not something you keep around and sip on like coffee, tea, water. Also, while it only has about half as much sugar in it as the same volume of juice (only if you buy full fat kefir), it still has half the sugar content of juice for the same volume and that's a lot of sugar for something that isn't even really sweet.

All that said, I use kefir in smoothies. I use smoothies to get my 3 a day in whole fruit. Juice and juicing gets rid of all the most important parts; blending a whole fruit is the way to go.

Just get used to water. It really isn't that hard. If you're going to drink juice, dilute it with water. Concentrate on hydration.
