So I love animals and I was thinking about going vegan.

The thing is if I don't get enough protein and iron I get sick because I'm Anemic.

I was thinking about a diet rich in beans and nuts because they have a lot of protein and iron.

Can /ck/ add anything to this? I'm trying to be a healthy vegan.

I'm a vegan shill here but if you have diagnosed anemia you need to talk to a doctor who is experienced with it and nutrition before you cut out animal products. Maybe you can't go vegan easily but you can reduce your intake by some large percentage.
