I don't want to blame as usual, but really, as italian, there is no one ingredient that look like a typical pizza. Even the dough seems to be to thick. I suggest to change the cheese (actually ricotta is not cheese), and not putting potato (carbs on carbs) but i will try with stracchino and zucchine... let me know
