I was offered Black Mamba but didn't have the balls to taste it yet. Present also consisted of a set of hot sauces, including habanero Tabasco, and six hot pepper sauces. Right now I don't know if my favorite is Trinidad or reaper pepper.

Yeah I know But, It's a big thing at events around here like the state fair and the mullet fest, any event with street food you find gator, renaissance fest too. So it's pretty common if you go out.

I've been down to crystal river area , nature coast and gator was REALLY popular in restaurants down that way so people probably eat it a lot in central FL.
