I don't know that I've ever had it, but that looks pretty tasty. What kind of sausage is that? Do you have other pictures/examples of Balkan food?

karadjordjeva snitzel , got the name from karadjordje petrovic, the leader of the First Serbian uprising against the turks.

It is field with kajmak( something like cream) , ham, cheese, breded and deep fried. Served with tartar sauce and lemon

You fucking animals wouldn't understand good food if it punched you in the mouth.

Cevapcici are some primo shit, most balkan grilled foods are above-and-beyond what other regions do with their basic ass shit. Plus we have dope ass side dishes inspired from literally every other culture around because you fucking assholes couldn't stop invading us for 5 fucking seconds, so we took all of your food and made it into some amazing ass shit. Try some tradition slovene barley soup and tell me that shit isn't the best fucking thing you've ever had in your life. Grill up some cevapcici with some cockta and wine and tell me that isn't the most comfy dinner you've ever had.

Fuck you all

Last time I was in Croatia was for a friend of a friend's wedding and we kept pretending we didn't know what rakija was, so random uncles kept pouring shots from plastic two-liters they brought with them. My favorite was some kind of wheatgrass stuff, it was greenish and climbed the sides of the glass, the guy just kept saying it was a "domestic product". The cherry and pear brandies were also super good. We got shithoused and ate a ton, was a good time. Cevapi and that red pepper sauce and a cold Tomislav saved my goddamn life the next day.

I love Balkan food, although I can't remember what half of it is. Zagreb is a beautiful city.
