Japanese curry. I recently started making it after seeing it a million times in anime and it's super simple. Also I feel like you'll have to put together a comprehensive list of decent ramen. I like pic related and after seeing MAMA recommended here I occasionally get their beef pho flavor. It's certainly not the real thing but it's pretty good for instant noodles.
