Who here eats a /whole-food plant based diet/?

I started because I was a lazy poorfag, since [grain/seed/legume] with a side of veggies for every meal is cheap and braindead easy. Not only has it cut my budget but, I've never felt healthier either.

I don't really have any empathy fort animals, but it's nice being able to lord over people how much more environmentally friendly my food is than theirs (-:

Several servings of veggies a day but I eat meat. I'm not petty or foolish enough to use my diet to feel superior to others.

Me! I'm a cuckold as you know, so I sever many important nutrients out of my diet. But I'm spunky though! And liberal media agrees with me and forces our agenda into many eyes via the tube, so now we can all rejoice!

You do realize there's vegan sources of B12 right?

RIGHT?

this is why you gotta widen your friend group range. saved a buddy a couple hundred bucks by introducing him to the wonderful world of Miso and Doenjang paste...

You just have to look at the diet/cuisine of buddhists in monasteries (though some do eat meat/dairy) and see how they balance shit out. Fermented foods are a nice way to get around the whole B12 problem thing that people usually only address with supplements (which have really low bioavailability anyways)

He eats meat now, though, so ehh.
