Hey guys, Pajeet here

I've been wondering about how to properly cook some signature european dishes, but without following algorithm-like recipes. I have no dietary restrictions, beef and pork is fine

What are some signature euro ingredients and techniques that I can use?

I'm especially interested in the cuisines of Italy, Turkey, and France

"euro ingredients" is too broad imo. Every region of Europe has it's own style, and French/Italian cuisines are a step above the rest.

I'm from Sweden and our food is simpler than many others. Here's our signature dish(I guess):

I'm not sure what a signature european dish is, a rustic stew maybe? Most european cuisine is very liberal with herbs and kinda stingy with spices
Also, unless we're talking baking, im not sure where the precise measurement western cooking meme comes from, I just do it roughly, if there's too much or too little of anything adjust or fix it next time
