So, is cooking in earthenware just a big meme?
What's the big advantages over enameled iron cast pots?
Are the pores, alkalinity and low heat conductance really that much of a game changer?
Wouldn't a thicc bottomed iron cast pot just achieve the same homogenous temperature, and isn't all that occult pseudoscience about "steam circling in around man like woaaah" thanks to the pores just a jewish marketing trick?
