If he is certified healthy and still pays for his burgers instead of getting a free lifetime supply, he's really stupid. On the other hand, if he planned ahead and made sure to never have to pay for food again, that's quite neat.

Also, burgers being so bad for your health has always been a meme. The only terrible part is the sauce and that's just gram for gram but negligible overall.
He probably does suffer from malnutrition though.

Nah, fries and condiments are terrible for you due to acrylamide, salt and sugar combined with terrible macros. Burgers are a decent meal though apart from the sauce. They're also too expensive for the average American to get fat on; that's just due to fries and sodas.

I've never had a McDonald's burger in my life. I love burgers, especially those from Five Guys and Fuddruckers, but whenever I go to McDonald's is just because i want their nuggets. So how are McDonald's burgers? Worth buying?

Absolutely terrible and beyond any redemption. I'm not a food snob or above fast food at all, but I regularly get sick from eating there. Then sometimes when in a rush at a trainstation or so, the combination of bread and meet and cucumber and sauce will tempt me again because I think there's no way that doesn't turn out tasty (if unhealthy), but no, it really tastes like trash. And I eat really bad meals day to day.
