Get by the same KFC once a month or so. Order take out and jump back on highway, Go through bag to find out some food missing. Call them when I get in as I'm already to far to turn around. Person takes my name and says no worry, next time your in we will take care of you. I ask for her name and she says no, not to worry we have your name and that is what is important. Explain that I only get by there about once a month and still told no worries. Just ask for manager on duty when I go in.

FF about three weeks later I stop in and mention this to girl at counter. She gets manager. Who'd I talk to etc. Explain situation. No help. No list, no names. WTF?

Told if I'm not ordering I can leave. Starts helping guy behind me.

I get home pissed. Turn to social media and KFC reaches out to me. They get the details. I get an email from district manager responsible for that store letting me know people will be spoken to and i'm given a store credit. Directions are to just show email to store manger and I can get food.

I have to try this... So a week goes by and I make it a point to go in. Show them email on my phone. Employee deletes the email and says "Sorry, Can't help you." I take it out of trash folder and say "Uh I still have it, Can I see a manager. "Sorry, my manager is busy. Next" Wait around for manager Asked to leave by two other employees.

I will NEVER go to another KFC. EVER. This happened in MA and I can name store and city but I doubt anyone really cares of the specifics. But I wanted to share this. They were wrong and then blew me off.

I did reply to the email and never got a response which makes me believe it's just an automated thing when you complain.

We had an Applebees restaurant out here where the staff were just idiots. My one and only time visiting there I was completely put off by the level of service. I let the manager know that if they didn't fix their staffing issues that they'd be gone in a year or two. Within those two years the board of health was called in so many times that it made the local papers. It's now a hardware store that I frequent regularly and the service there is better than most local eateries! How hard is it to get someone's order right at a small restaurant?

Indeed! The BEST service I ever got was down South. The food was spectacular and the service was the friendliest I had ever seen. And not just with restaurants. The donut shops, the car wash, the grocery stores... Everyone was great.

Went to KFC in India once. Worst experience of my life. It’s not that the chicken was bad. It was just hot as balls, chicken was salty, couldn’t get an icy beverage because India + ice = death shits, aaaand could see the panjeet in the back pulling cups out of the trash to be rinsed off and put back on the fresh stack.
