Just because you don't like eating as a hobby doesn't mean you have a problem specifically with how preparing food is a hassle. You could just not enjoy pushing mashed up piles of dead animal and plant matter down your throat. The need to eat is involuntary so it shouldn't be surprising some people wouldn't like it much. Most of the time when I eat it's only because I have to, and I'd rather be doing something else so I try to get it over with. Ironically I don't like cooking so the preparation process is just another layer of annoyance.
